Easter Seals

The Rotary Club of York's association with Easter Seals began in the 1950s during the polio epidemic. Today, the Club's involvement extends to such activities as Camp Harmony Hall, a residential camp for disabled children. Last year, Rotary helped five young York Countians attend the Society's Power through Accomplishment program.

Easter Seals, with Rotary's help, builds confidence and strength in the minds and bodies of some very special citizens at Camp Harmony Hall each summer.

Children's Growth and Development

With Rotary's help, York Hospital's Children's Growth and Development Center has become one of the foremost community medical service providers for handicapped children in the United States. The Club's support spans more than six decades of service. Providing money and leadership when needed, the Club has helped make it what it is today.
