He also qualifies as a UNIX guru, maintaining a complete UNIX network from his home office that's tied to the corporate net downtown with a dedicated line. Bill specializes in digital PBX management, UNIX administration and optimization, HTML creation and general network infrastructure development and maintenance. Our latest network management schema is a fine example of Bill's talent.

As head of administration Cindy does what many of us simply can't; she tends to the details that make the machinery of our services run smoothly every day. Cindy takes care of everything from customer account set-up to monthly invoicing and employee services. Her knowledge and experience with tools like MS Access, Excel, Word and QuickBooks allows us to do a better job of managing some of the most important information - our customer satisfaction. Chances are, if you call our office you'll be speaking with Margaret, keeper of the torch. Margaret is the one person who knows what matters most - how to track down the right person to help any customer with any problem. And if its local investment and banking information you're interested in, you 're speaking with the Oracle. (Watch for future photo expositions featuring Margaret's champion protege`and future Olympian Gymnast, Jen Bosley. This mother/daughter team is taking the very competitive PA State Gymnastics world by storm!)

Patty brings over 10 years experience managing corporate and large scale networks. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Patty has been with The Networks since 1986, and demonstrates her substantial knowledge for our customers everyday whether in applications design and maintenance, administration or customer relations. Patty is the kind of network and business generalist that is the envy of most companies today. Her foresight in carving out a professional specialty in networking applications pays dividends to TNI, our customers and Patty every day - a fact you'll quickly appreciate as a customer of TNI. Whether handling our largest customers like Sprint International, Woolworth or The Wolf Organization, or helping individuals with Internet access questions, Patty is always on top of things, and a major contributor to our customers' success.
David Dreyer
President & CEO
A former Lancaster resident, David began his business career as a CPA after graduating from F&M. He later joined TNI from the investor side, serving first as treasurer in 1986, then joining full time as VP of Operations in 1989, departing from The Wolf Organization, TNI's largest customer and a major shareholder. After a restructuring was completed in 1990, David assumed responsibilities as CEO and has enjoyed the challenges and rewards of steering a great team of people through the fast-paced world of network systems. Recognized with the Outstanding Individual Leadership in Technology award in 1992 from the Technology Council of Central PA, David has pledged himself to pursue the goal of balancing the mission of TNI with the equally important responsibility for community awareness and contribution.

The Owners who make it possible
The Networks, Inc. was incorporated in 1985 while merging existing ownership with interests of Steinman Enterprises of Lancaster, owners of the Lancaster Newspapers, DelMarVa Broadcasting and Intelligencer Printing. The merger of InfoNow Corp into TNI provides the company with a diverse and accomplished body of leaders by representation at the board of directors.
Current shareholders include principals in the investment holding company of The Wolf Organization, Inc.of York; principals and shareholders of Steinman Enterprises, former Cable TV executives and David Dreyer, CEO.
